Samardzic is the latest player to see yellow for Slovenia, which means he will also miss the next match against Malta.
90'
THREE minutes of added time have been allocated by the referee here which is actually not good news for Scotland even though a few moments back they would have been begging for much more! Meanwhile, Ilicic is lucky not to go into the book after appearing to kick out at Brown.
88'
C. Martin has scored a goal for Scotland! Assist by S. Armstrong.
Fantastic work from Armstrong as he assists the opener.
GOOOOAAAAALLL! GOOOOAAAAL! GOOAAAALLL FOR SCOTLAND! They've only gone and done it! Armstrong is key to the move as he turns sharply on the edge of the box before picking out a lovely little pass into the box for Chris Martin, who fires a low strike in off the right-hand post! One-nil!
87'
N. Omladič enters the game and replaces K. Kampl.
Kevin Kampl comes off for Nik Omladic for Slovenia.
85'
Five minutes to go and it is really not looking like this is going to happen for Scotland as Slovenia are awarded the cheap free-kick on the edge of the box as the ball bounces unluckily off the hand of Armstrong. The visitors are going to take as much time as possible with this.
83'
Tierney gallops down the right flank and cuts inside on his favoured left foot before smuggling a cross into the box which causes a real scramble. After a few hacks, Slovenia eventually clear to the left wing only for Anya to do really well to keep the attack alive.
82'
C. Martin enters the game and replaces J. Morrison.
81'
Last throw of the dice from Gordon Strachan now as he makes his third and final change. Entering the action will be Chris Martin and he will come on to replace James Morrison.
79'
Now it is Slovenia's opportunity to try and grab the winning goal as Ilicic pops a lovely pass down the left wing for his team-mate. All the onus has been on Scotland to try and get the goal, but the visitors are obviously still in with a shout even if they haven't displayed as much attacking ambition as the Scots.
77'
OH WHAT A MISS FROM ANYA! The substitute has the chance to prove himself a hero only a few short moments after coming on as the ball falls kindly to him in space inside the box, but is shot is terribly weak and is easily collected by Oblak. A golden opportunity passed up!

Description
75'
I. Anya enters the game and replaces R. Snodgrass.
That shot will be Snodgrass' last contribution to the game as he comes off to be replaced by Ikechi Anya.
74'
Morrison goes on a promising venture into the final third and then picks out a pass into the feet of Robertson, who had previously burst a gut to get involved in the attack. Eventually, Naismith lays into space for Snodgrass, but he subsequent strike on goal is ballooned over the bar by the West Ham United winger. Poor.
72'
The injury to Griffiths has certainly not helped matters for Scotland as it was the Celtic man who appeared to be the most dangerous player in the first half, hitting the woodwork twice of course. That first chance, though, really should have been converted.
70'
Twenty minutes to go in Glasgow and time is running out for Scotland to basically save their World Cup dream. Another game without claiming three points would surely end their qualification hopes, but they do have the quality out their to find that vital, elusive goal.
69'
R. Berić enters the game and replaces V. Birsa.
68'
Second alteration of the game from Slovenia and it is another player who is on a booking who is withdrawn. Robert Beric is the man coming on and he will replace Valter Birsa.
66'
Scotland are starting to look bereft of ideas in the final third now as nothing seems to be working. They are playing fairly well at the back and into midfield, but Slovenia are quick to recover into defensive positions whenever they don't have possession which is making it harder for the hosts to get space.
64'
Armstrong is fouled down the right wing and Scotland are awarded the free-kick. Snodgrass stands over it and then fires a wicked delivery into the six-yard box, but Oblak is proactive in his goalkeeping comes off his line to clear with a brilliant, commanding punch to take the pressure off his defence.
62'
V. Birsa gets yellow.
Slovenia certainly haven't been afraid to put the boot in tonight as shown by how many yellows they have notched up. The latest goes to Birsa for taking out Morrison inside the centre circle to halt a potential Scotland counter.
60'
Naismith initially does really well to hold off the tackle of his marker in the middle of the park before turning sharply and driving forward. However, the Norwich man lets himself down badly with the next bit of play as he sends what looks like an easy pass for Snodgrass straight out of the park.
58'
B. Verbič enters the game and replaces R. Bezjak.
First change of the match from Slovenia as Bezjak, who has just been booked, comes off to be replaced by Benjamin Verbic.
57'
Armstrong displays good composure under pressure on the edge of the Slovenia box to turn sharply and thread a lovely pass into space for the onrushing Mulgrew, who does well to keep the attack alive with a slided cross into the danger area. The visitors clear behind for another Scotland corner.
55'
R. Bezjak gets yellow.
Another booking for Slovenia here, and Bezjak is the guilty party as he scythes down Tierney.
54'
Forrest hugs the right touchline and then takes on the defender with a twisting and turning run before firing a pass into the feet of Armstrong, who takes the touch in behind the defence only to be forced into back-heeling the ball at the byline just to keep possession in play.
52'
A good period of pressure from Slovenia here and it all comes following a cracking bit of play from Samardzic as the central defender cleverly jinks between the attempted tackles from Brown and Armstrong. Ilicic eventually tries his luck with a crack on goal, but it is blocked on the edge of the box.
50'
S. Naismith enters the game and replaces L. Griffiths.
Steven Naismith is the man to replace Griffiths.
48'
Unfortunately for Scotland, Griffiths won't be able to continue here as the knock he took to the back in the first half is still causing him problems. Gordon Strachan is going to be forced into an early substitution.
46'
The second period is under way at Hampden!
44'
A small break in play at the moment is Griffiths is down injured after taking a knock to the back from Oblak, who had his knee up when catching the ball out of the air. Meanwhile, one minute of added time has been allocated by the referee.
42'
Good stuff from Scotland at the moment as they are just enjoying a decent period of sustained possession in the final third. Morrison, Snodgrass, and Armstrong all combine with some neat interplay and it is the Celtic man who eventually earns the corner-kick after slamming an attempted cross off the defender.
40'
With misses and bad luck like we just saw, you have to wonder whether this is going to turn into one of those nights for Scotland. They simply HAVE to score tonight with the plethora of chances that are coming their way, but it just hasn't happened yet.
38'
SCOTLAND HIT THE POST! Twice within the space of a couple of minutes, the home side are cursed by the woodwork and again it is Griffiths who is the unfortunate party as he sends a lovely first-time shot low towards the bottom corner only for it to hit the inside of the post. So, so unlucky.
36'
OH AN ABSOLUTE SITTER FROM GRIFFITHS! Robertson bursts down the left wing with pace and eventually feeds a pass through to Snodgrass on the overlap, who dinks a perfect cross to the back post. His compatriot meets it whilst completely unmarked, but only succeeds in smashing a volley emphatically off the crossbar! That really should have been a goal! Incredible.
34'
Speaking of Griffiths, the Celtic striker is finding it pretty difficult up there as the lone striker as he is up against a fairly tall and strong central defensive duo. He is battling away valiantly, but could be doing with some help up there.
32'
Cesar really needs to be careful out there now as he doesn't appear to be holding back with any tackles despite already seeing yellow. On this occasion, he needlessly comes through the back of Griffiths just at the halfway line to gift Scotland the free-kick.
30'
The atmosphere is understandably tense inside Hampden at the moment as the Scotland fans realise that the hosts really need to capitalise on their slight dominance by grabbing a goal. They started well against England and Slovakia only to eventually lose both games 3-0.
28'
MORRISON! HOW CLOSE WAS THAT?! The West Brom midfielder holds his position around 25 yards out and meets a lose clearance with a superb half-volley which is drilled towards the top corner, but unfortunately for him it flashes just the wrong side of the post.
26'
A speculative long ball is floated into the Scotland box and Tierney struggles to deal as he only just manages to make connection on the header. Bezjak collects before cushioning a header into the path of Ilicic, but the resulting half-volley on goal from the Fiorentina man goes high and wide over the bar.
24'
We are just beyond the midway point of the first half now and things have just gotten a little quiet after that fairly electric start to proceedings. Slovenia are doing well to squeeze the space in the middle of the park with their three-man midfield, but it does mean that Scotland could potentially have joy from the full-backs bombing forward.
23'
B. Cesar gets yellow.
22'
As far as silly bookings go, this one may be one of the best as Cesar continually attempts to steal a few yards with a free-kick inside his own half. The referee eventually has enough and decides to brandish the yellow, meaning the Slovenia captain will MISS the next match against Malta.
20'
Scotland are awarded another corner which Forrest will take this time. He takes it short to Snodgrass who returns the favour with a pass back, but the subsequent cross into the area from the Celtic winger is dreadful and actually goes out for a throw-in rather than a goal-kick.
18'
SAAAAAVE FROM GORDON! Jokic moves down the left with freedom and then whips a cracking pass in behind the Scotland defence for Bezjak, who collects before going one-on-one with the keeper at a tight angle. The latter comes out on top on this occasion as he makes the block with his chest.
16'
We get our first real glimpse of Forrest as an attacking threat as he opens up his speedy stride down the right wing towards the byline. He manages to dig out a decent cross to the back post which Griffiths manages to get on the end of with an awkward header, but it ends up being sent comfortably wide by Oblak.
14'
Martin nearly sells the jerseys at the back as he sends an absolutely terrible back-pass bouncing in the air towards Gordon. Luckily for Scotland, the Celtic goalkeeper is composed and managed to come out of his box and send a header straight to the feet of Brown, who cleans up.
12'
Most of Slovenia's more promising play is coming down this left-hand side and it is unclear as of yet whether or not they are deliberately targetting Tierney who is being played out of position at right-back tonight. The Celtic youngster is certainly a good defender but it may just take him some time to get used to playing on the opposite flank.
10'
Slovenia have just calmed down their play a bit within the past couple of minutes and they have managed to weather that early storm from Scotland, which looked like it had the potential to be formidable. Nothing really of note going forward from the visitors yet, though.
8'
GOOOOAAAAALLL FOR SCOTLAND! WAIT! NO! THE FOUL HAS BEEN GIVEN! Martin once again causes problems for Slovenia inside the box as he gets on the end of another cross to bullet a header home, but the referee had already blown as he was climbing over his marker. Harsh, but probably the correct decision.
6'
B. Jokić gets yellow.
First booking of the match now and it is an extremely early one for Jokic as he cynically hauls back Forrest down the left wing to prevent the Celtic winger from getting on the end of a pass over the top.
4'
A superb start to proceedings from Scotland here as the home side look to take the game to Slovenia from the get-go. Oblak has already came to the rescue for the visitors, so they just need to find their feet or risk going behind early on.
2'
SAAAAAVE FROM OBLAK! Scotland get a corner-kick very early on and Snodgrass steps up to take it with a cracking delivery to the back post. Martin gets ahead of his marker to send a cushioned volley towards the bottom corner, but the Slovenia stopper is there to make the vital block!

We are under way at Hampden Park!
Good evening football fans! Welcome to LIVE coverage of the World Cup Qualifying Group F clash between Scotland and Slovenia from Hampden Park.
A promising 5-1 drubbing of Malta in the first match in the group started off the campaign, but since then it has been one disappointment after another from the Scots, with a 3-0 humbling versus England at Wembley the probable low point so far. Mathematically there is still room to get up the table, but they need to be taking three points tonight to have any small hope of qualifying.
It has not been a good start to qualifying for Scotland. Gordon Strachan’s men are currently situated second-bottom in the standings with only group minnows, Malta, featuring in a lower position, and with just four points from four matches recorded so far, it does appear that the Tartan Army’s bid to make the World Cup in Russia is over before it really had the chance to begin.
TEAM NEWS...
Slovenia, meanwhile, are comfortably situated in second in Group F, with only England in a loftier position in the table. They are unbeaten so far and have notched up eight points from their opening four matches, and should still be harbouring ambitions of making it into the play-offs if they fail to topple the Four Lions as group winners.
The teams are making their way to the pitch and we are almost ready for the national anthems!
Half-time at Hampden as Scotland and Slovenia go into the break at 0-0. The home side have played well and should arguably be two goals up, but it was the woodwork that twice came to Slovenia's rescue as Griffiths hit the crossbar then the post within the space of a couple of minutes. A vital second 45 minutes coming up.
Full-time at Hampden as Scotland claim the narrow 1-0 win over Slovenia in this vital Group F clash. Chris Martin scored the only goal of the match in dramatic circumstances late on, as the Tartan Army's World Cup dream is kept alive for another little while at least. Thanks for joining us, see you next time.
