Leipzig have been anything but convincing in defence, so you can understand why there is a sense of nervousness inside the Red Bull Arena.
78'

71'
Porto win a free-kick, which they take quickly. The ball is played to Aboubakar at the back post, but the linesman has his flag raised for offside.

Good work on the channel from Brahimi, as he does well to keep the ball alive with the ball eventually played to Tellas in space. However, the Porto full-back sends his cross high into the stands. That is a waste.
69'
A neatly worked move from Leipzig sees Lukas Klostermann teed up for a shot on the edge of the penalty area, but the full-back's effort is well blocked.

54'
Sérgio Oliveira gets yellow.
Yellow card! There is nothing subtle about Oliveira's attempts to halt Forsberg's run as he takes him down quite forcibly and deservedly receives a booking for doing so.
53'
There was half-hearted appeals for a penalty from the home support as the ball clipped the hand of Miguel Layun, but the Porto defender knew little about it and it would have been a harsh decision to award a spot-kick.

Porto are getting plenty of bodies in the opposition penalty area every time they come forward. After a period of possession football, Herrera attempts to release the advanced Felipe behind the defence, but slightly over-cooks his pass and Leipzig have a goal-kick
26'
It is a desperate poor delivery from Forsberg and Porto deal with the danger easily, subsequently launching a counter-attack. However, Aboubakar loses the ball on the right.
25'
Porto concede a cheap free-kick as Felipe fouls Forsberg on the right channel. This is a situation with potential for Leipzig. Forsberg is over the ball...
23'
That is exactly the response Hasenhüttl will have wanted from the hosts. Leipzig have been well on top, but a defensive lapse has allowed Porto back into the game.
21'
CLOSE! Porto can only half clear from the corner, the loose ball sits up nicely for Naby Keita who sees his half-volley drift inches wide of Sa's right-hand post.

That is the Cameroonian's ninth goal of the season!
17'
Leipzig have clearly taking confidence from their pulsating 3-2 win over Dortmund on Sunday - they have completely comindated the opening quarter of an hour.
15'

14'
The corner comes to little, but it isn't long before Leipzig recover possession and they launch yet another attack, Forsberg running at the defence, shooting and seeing the effort deflected out for yet another corner.

The angle is against Augustin, but he tries an effort anyway, and it isn't far wide. Leipzig are well on top at the moment.

The first ever meeting between RB Leipzig and Porto is underway, with the hosts taking kick off.
Good evening and welcome to our live text commentary of tonight’s Champions League Group G game between RB Leipzig and Porto at the Red Bull Arena.
RB Leipzig are winless in Group G after two games, having drawn with Monaco in the opening match and losing 2-0 at Besiktas last time out. Ralph Hasenhüttl’s side did record an impressive 3-2 win over Dortmund in the Bundesliga on Saturday, and they will need to produce a similar performance and result this evening to keep their hopes of progressing alive.
Porto bounced back from their 3-1 home defeat to Besiktas in the opening game by winning 3-0 at Monaco – a victory which places them second in Group G. They prepared for tonight’s encounter with a 6-0 thrashing over Lusitano Ginasio Clube at the weekend and know another victory in midweek will be a huge step towards the knockout stages.
Porto XI (4-3-3): Jose Sa, Layún, Felipe, Marcano, Alex Telles, Danilo, Sérgio Oliveira, Herrera, Brahimi, Marega, Aboubakar.
Porto substitutes: Torres, Reyes, Casillas, Santos, Corona, Pereira, Otavio.
The hosts make three changes to the team that overcame Dortmund with captain Willi Orban, Swedish star Emil Forsberg and right-back Lukas Klostermann coming into the starting line-up. The big surprise is the exclusion of top-scorer Timo Werner, who is on the bench, with Jean-Kevin Augustin and Marcel Sabitzer playing up front.
Porto have dropped Iker Casillas to the bench with Jose Sa surprisingly taking his place between the sticks. The 24-year-old played in the Portuguese Cup match at the weekend in only his sixth appearance with the first team. There are few other notable changes for the visitors who again lead with Vincent Aboubakar in attack. He will be hoping to add to his tally of eight goals this season.
The sides are making their way out onto the pitch, meaning we are only minutes from kick-off.
The referee brings a pulsating 45 minutes to a close. Leipzig broke the deadlock through Orban, but were pegged back almost immediately when Aboubakar levelled for Porto. Leipzig ran up a two-goal advantage thanks to goals from Forsberg and Augustin, but the visitors struck at the end of the half through Marcano. Defending has been non-existent in this tie, but it is making for an entertaining match!
FULL-TIME: RB Leipzig claim their first ever victory in Europe as they overcome Porto with all five goals coming in a pulsating first-half! Last year's runners-up in the Bundesliga now have four points in Group G.
A win was crucial for Leipzig to boost their hopes of making it further than the group stages, and thanks to goals from Orban, Forsberg, Augustin, they are up to second in Group G. Porto were disappointing, and two defeats from three mean they have their work cut out to progress in the competition. Aboubakar and Marcano grabbed the goals for the visitors, but it wasn't enough to take a point and they slip to third.
