71'
It's almost two for Griezmann in as many minutes as he whips a wicked effort in off the left wing following a deflection. Cuellar makes a sensational leap to knock this one away this time; the keeper is clearly less than impressed with himself, his face like thunder.
69'
A. Griezmann has scored a goal for Atletico Madrid!
GRIEZMANN GIVES ATLETICO THE LEAD! 1-0! Leganes will be furious with themselves as Cuellar - so good all day - appears to read the Frenchman's shot and then stops dead in the centre of his goal to watch it sail into the top right corner. It's a great strike by the World Cup winner; after the pressure they've piled on, they get their lead.
68'
Atletico have another set-piece chance now, in the centre of the field after Perez brings down Gelson Martins 25 yards out.
67'
Dani Ojeda enters the game and replaces N. El Zhar.
El Zhar makes way for Ojeda as Leganes also bring on their first substitute.
66'
En-Nesyri! Two great chances for the Leganes striker and both of them missed. He trips over a square pass the first time and slips; the second, his finish is soft and Oblak is untroubled by it.
65'
Vitolo enters the game and replaces Á. Correa.
Correa now departs too, as the first change of the game for Atletico, with Vitolo taking his place.
64'
A free-kick for the hosts 30 yards out on the right gives them a rare attacking chance this half, but Rodrigo puts the set-piece out for a corner. From that, Correa clears for the visitors and Atletico are back to halfway in short order.
62'
What a piece of defence by Omeruo! Griezmann slips through on the left and nutmegs Tarin in the process, yet the Leganes centre-back manages to cleanly outmuscle him off the ball and win it back only a few feet away from his own goal-line before clearing. Superb work.
60'
Savic lands another header to the subsequent set-piece this time but puts it wide at the left post and Leganes have the goal-kick.
59'
Griezmann sees a shot from outside the box take a deflection and the Frenchman calls for a hand ball. The referee deems it to not be so however and gives a corner instead.
57'
Another stop from Cuellar! This time, he tips a Savic header from a corner away around his left post. Leganes get a free-kick however as Atletico were judged to have made a foul in the box.
53'
J. Silva gets yellow.
The visitors next win a free-kick on the right flank, in line with the penalty box after Silva gets a yellow card for a bad tackle on Arias.
52'
Now Atletico have a set-piece chance 30 yards out on the left thanks to a Tarin foul on Gelson Martins. The delivery is poor however and Omeruo clears it away from the box.
50'
Filipe Luis hooks an effort across from the left flank and Cuellar rises to the occasion again for Leganes, dropping low to claim it. Atletico have come out guns blazing after the break.
46'
We're back underway for the second half; will either side be able to grab the three points on offer today?
45'
HALF-TIME: LEGANES 0-0 ATLETICO MADRID
42'
A cluttered box can't see any player make a serious shot or block - and Leganes come up with it in the end after Gelson Martins skews an attempted square pass out for a goal-kick.
40'
Silva is forced to concede a corner after a neat throughball catches the Leganes defence napping. Griezmann almost latched onto it first too, making the defender's clearing effort all the more vital.
38'
Silva's initial cross in from the free-kick is cleared but El Zhar races onto the parried ball and whips a shot in. Oblak gets low at the right corner and stops it comfortably in the end.
37'
Leganes are going to be presented with yet another set-piece chance on the left wing, as En-Nesyri is clipped across the ankles by Saul.
35'
Juanfran comes in heavily on Filipe Luis deep in Atletico territory and the visitors have a free-kick.
34'
Leganes may have only won two games this season in LaLiga but remember, one of those was a 2-1 shock victory over Barcelona. They've restricted Atletico well so far; Griezmann in particular looks frustrated with the lack of options for him going forward.
29'
L. Hernández gets yellow.
Leganes get another set-piece chance in almost the same position now, this time after Lucas slides in on Silva. The Atletico man is handed a booking for the challenge, which leaves him furious; he is lucky not to see a second after getting up in the referee's face.
25'
Filipe Luis races onto a loose ball from a poor clearing header by Tarin 15 yards out in the Leganes box and duly blasts it wide with a lead-footed effort.
23'
Another corner comes the way of the hosts; this time however, Savic and Gelson Martins are more effective at seeing off any threat, clearing for a throw. The hosts have grown into this game more now though.
19'
It's all got a little testy in the past few minutes; a clean tackle by Rodriguez is penalised for a foul by referee Mario Melero Lopez, drawing the ire of Leganes coach Pellegrino on the sideline. The officials and manager exchange words before play continues.
17'
Now Atletico win a corner too, though home fans are furious and appeal for a hand ball by Gelson Martins in the build-up. Cuellar makes a cracking take though, picking the set-piece out from above Saul's head, much to the latter's annoyance.
15'
The hosts win themselves a corner off a swift counter-attack down the left and Rodriguez whips it in. It's a beauty of a set-piece - yet none of his team-mates rise to meet it, with the ball instead falling to Saul who hefts it clear.
13'
Y. En-Nesyri gets yellow.
Savic is sent sprawling in midfield by En-Nesyri with a late challenge and for a moment the referee juggles both his yellow and red cards. He goes for the former in the end; the Leganes man is booked but the hosts remain at 11 men on the pitch.
9'
A chance for Atletico now as the visitors find Correa in the Leganes box; his wayward header however zips away from Griezmann and falls kindly for Cuellar in goal to clamp down on.
6'
This has been mostly one-way traffic so far in favour of Simeone's side but they can't quite finish their moves yet, with Arias unable to reel in a crossfield pass whipped in front of him deep on the right wing.
4'
The visitors are awarded the first free-kick of the game, just inside the opposition half, after En-Nesyri comes in heavily on Rodrigo.
2'
A sustained spell of pressure from the off sees Atletico hammer their hosts around the box and Correa pokes an effort from close range onto the crossbar, though he was ultimately offside in the build-up.

We are underway in this 2018-19 LaLiga clash between Leganes and Atletico Madrid!
Hello and welcome to live coverage of the 2018-19 LaLiga season as lowly Leganes look to haul themselves out of the relegation places against Atletico Madrid at Estadio Municipal de Butarque.
Team news now and Atletico boss Diego Simeone is without three superstar names for the trip across the capital, with Diego Godin, Koke and Diego Costa all out following muscular problems. As for Leganes coach Mauricio Pellegrino, he makes seven changes to the side who came back to draw 2-2 in the Copa del Rey against Rayo Vallecano, though Youssef En-Nesyri remains the lone striker.
ATLETICO MADRID (4-4-2): Jan Oblak; Santiago Arias, Stefan Savic, Lucas Hernandez, Filipe Luis; Angel Correa, Saul Niguez, Rodrigo, Thomas Lemar; Gelson Martins, Antoine Griezmann.
Subs: Andriy Lunin, Guido Carrillo, Allan Nyom, Raul Garcia, Daniel Ojeda, Michael Santos, Gerard Gumbau.
LEGANES (5-4-1): Ivan Cuellar; Juanfran, Rodrigo Tarin, Kenneth Omeruo, Dimitrios Siovas, Jonathan Silva; Nabil El Zhar, Recio, Ruben Perez, Oscar Rodriguez; Youssef En-Nesyri.
Subs: Thomas Partey, Jose Gimenez, Vitolo, Nikola Kalinic, Borja Garces, Juanfran, Antonio Adan.
The hosts may have won their last two games on home turf in the league – but with only eight points from 10 matches, they are desperately in need of another. Atletico meanwhile remain in pursuit of the summit; they sit two points off leaders Barcelona and will go top of the table with a victory today, albeit likely temporarily.
The teams are out at Butarque and we're moments away from kick-off.
It's a tight encounter at Butarque after 45 minutes, with neither side able to break the deadlock - but from the perspective of the hosts, they will be rather pleased. Leganes have held the might of a misfiring Atletico at bay for long stretches so far - and they might just fancy themselves to go on and win this game. At half-time, it's Leganes 0-0 Atletico Madrid.
Diego Simeone needs to work out how to focus his midfield going forward, with his central playmakers unable to offer a regular supply up front. Does the future lie in the wings for him?
Leganes have a week before they next play now, when they face Girona in LaLiga - but for Atletico, they head straight back into European action when they play Borussia Dortmund in the Champions League on November 6.
Until then however, thank you for joining us - and have a good weekend!
