GOOOOAAALLLL!!! KOLO MUANI LEVELS FOR FRANKFURT!! 1-1! Frankfurt have been much improved in the last ten minutes and they get their reward. Kamada finds himself in all kinds of space and does a brilliant job to drag Bayern defenders towards him before feeding Kolo Muani. The Frenchman powers past Upamecano and smashes it into the far corner from a tight angle. Game on!

16'
De Ligt plays a long, searching crossfield ball aiming for Sane on the left flank but the winger strays offside and the play breaks down.
12'

Kimmich is up and looks okay to continue.
11'
Frankfurt break and Kolo Muani wins the first corner of the game but there will be a stoppage after Kimmich goes down following a collision with Rode.
10'
Two chances in a short space of time for Bayern. A poor clearance from a cross nearly allows Musiala to strike. Frankfurt clear but only as far as Kimmich who plays a lovely lofted ball over the defence to Sane. The German's touch is heavy, though, and Trapp can gather.

Hello and welcome to this live commentary for the Bundesliga match between Bayern Munich and Eintracht Frankfurt from the Allianz Arena.
Bayern Munich head into this encounter still without a win since their return from the winter break after a pair of 1-1 draws. Union Berlin's 2-0 victory against Hertha Berlin earlier today means that they draw level with Bayern at the top of the league prior to this match.
Frankfurt are unbeaten since the return to domestic football with a comfortable win against Schalke and a 1-1 draw against Freiburg. Oliver Glasner's side currently sit in fourth place but a massive away win here against the league leaders would move them back up into fourth after Freiburg won earlier today 3-1 against Augsburg.
BAYERN MUNICH SUBS: Benjamin Pavard, Ryan Gravenberch, Arijon Ibrahimovic, Sven Ulreich, Mathys Tel, Paul Wanner, Daley Blind, Marcel Sabitzer, Serge Gnabry.
BAYERN MUNICH (4-1-4-1): Yann Sommer; Josip Stanisic, Dayot Upamecano, Matthijs de Ligt, Alphonso Davies; Joshua Kimmich; Leroy Sane, Thomas Muller, Jamal Musiala, Kingsley Coman; Eric Choupo-Moting.
Bayern have recorded more Bundesliga home wins against Frankfurt than vs any other side (41). However, following a run of 12 straight home wins against them, Bayern lost their last home meeting with Frankfurt (2-1 in October 2021). They have never suffered back-to-back defeats at home to Frankfurt in the Bundesliga.
Nagelsmann will most likely be pleased with how his Bayern side grew into that first half after a rather slow start. Bayern have failed to score more than one goal in both of their games since the winter break and will be keen to ensure they avoid that and press home their advantage with more goals after the break. Glasner's Frankfurt side contained Bayern well for large parts of the half but find themselves a goal down and will need to show an increased attacking intent and throw more caution to the wind if they are to make a comeback in this second half.
That result leaves Bayern still winless since the winter break having drawn all three games. Their lead at the top is now just one point after Union Berlin's victory earlier. Frankfurt remain fifth but cut the gap on fourth to two points. Next up for Bayern is DFB-Pokal action as they travel to face Mainz. Frankfurt face Hertha Belin at home next in the league.
